What are the changes in gene expression that exist between leaves and shoot apical meristems in Heinz 1706 Tomato?
Before the session began, samples of S. lycopersicum shoot apical meristem and leaf tissue were taken. Each sample was sequenced by Illumina paired-end with a coverage of 50X. The sequencing data was analyzed using comparative plant transcriptomic. The reads were aligned to Heinz 1706 v5.0 Tomato transcriptome.
