Getting Started
Welcome to the Lab
We are happy to have you as part of the NCSU Blueberry team!
The purpose of this site is so that all incoming interns can learn how to use the instruments used to collect data, and that methods are consistent between teams.
Please watch each video tutorial (if available) first, to get an idea of use and purpose. The protocols on each page will be updated as needed to reflect any changing methods, and include images for reference of settings and parameters used.
To keep records consistent, please use the provided data format template for each instrument, for data collection for the season. Testing proceeds from time sensitive and non-destructive testing, to destructive testing. The same set of 10 berries, should be used for each test, keeping them in order. This is so the sample ID and replication number is consistent across data collection.
