To change to the class directory:
cd /share/bitcpt/S23
To make personal working directory:
mkdir UnityID
Permissions were changed with:
chmod g=rwx UnityID
To access the personal working directory:
cd /share/bitcpt/S23/UnityID
While in personal working directory, three subdirectories were made:
mkdir At Soy Portfolio
Within each of those subdirectories, the following directories were made:
mkdir AlignedToTranscriptome fastqc salmon_align_quant starindices starOutputfiles transcriptome
