Students will turn in two (2) to three (3) out of class assignments (Moodle, Google Doc, etc.) throughout the semester. These assignments will be essential for reviewing course content or providing insights into the agricultural formulation process.
Students will engage in eight (8) different agricultural formulation case studies, applying course concepts to troubleshoot problems, evaluate potential solutions, and recommend best practices. Each case will require critical analysis, collaborative discussion, and a written or verbal summary of findings.
Students will submit a semester-ending paper outlining the decision-making process for improving or addressing concerns about an agricultural formulation, drawing on data, analyses, and insights developed through the eight case studies.
