A printed 4-H record book for each child MUST be completed and turned in to your county agent by September 15th. For 2026 ONLY printed versions are accepted. No youth (including cloverbuds) will be permitted to show without turning in a project record book. 4-H members can access up-to-date record book templates below. Please make a copy of the form. When copied your form should be a fillable document. Record Book age divisions are based on how old the 4-Her was on January 1, 2026.  Awards will be given for record book winners, so do your best!
