NCSSM's Student and Constituent Support Services, Inc. (SCSSI) was established in April 2005 to manage non-state receipt accounts. SCSSI funds are generated primarily by school store sales, athletic concession and ticket sales, club dues, competition fees, January-Term courses and travel, and bus transportation fees.

Though SCSSI is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, unlike the NCSSM Foundation, SCSSI's funds are almost exclusively transactional. The person giving money receives something specific in return, such as admission to an athletic event or the t-shirt they paid for in the school store, which preclude them from tax-deductibility. However, this distinction allows SCSSI to accept much smaller amounts of money and be sure they are directed to benefit more specific groups of students.

Any undesignated profit made through SCSSI is redistributed by SCSSI's Board of Directors to student groups and activities for the direct benefit of NCSSM students.
