Each month, the hall will have a minimum of 12 activities and many of these will need supplies. We have created an Amazon wish list of items for the hall. It includes supplies for hall events for the upcoming month, individually wrapped snacks, and fun items for the hall to keep and use for years to come. The snacks on the wish list can be ordered for hall snack on Tuesday nights or can be sent for other events (like our weekly chat discussion event). I will be adding to the list on a monthly basis, so be sure to check back in often. When an item is purchased from the list it will automatically send to Kevin's school address (901 Burkemont Ave. Morganton, NC 28655). Please add a note that this will be for Residence Hall 2nd South.

One way families can be involved is by providing snacks for our hall meetings. Families can provide anything from chips and salsa to pizza. At the end of each month, we will also use one of these snack breaks to celebrate all of the birthdays for that month. Some families have provided cupcakes and/or ice cream for birthday celebrations while some have provided a full meal. It is entirely up to you! Families can send back snacks with their students after an extended, have their student purchase items while on campus, or have food delivered to campus. If there are any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.
We have 38 students on our hall, so I only ask that you provide enough snacks for everyone and to take allergies and dietary restrictions into account when providing hall snack.
