Auction Guidelines

The online Auction will run from 12 pm on Thursday, March 25th until 12 pm on Thursday, April 1st. Prior to placing any bids please click the Bidder Information Sheet link and fill out and submit the form to become a registered bidder. Addresses and contact information will be kept private.

The starting bid for each item, with the exception of Fund-a-Cause, is $50 with $25 increments, please bid accordingly. Check back often to see if you have the highest bid!

When the Auction closes at 12pm on Thursday, April 1st, the highest bidder will be awarded the item and will be notified by the Auction Committee and provided with an invoice to process payment with. All payments must be made by 3pm on Thursday, April 1st. Payments may be made via the school's PayPal account or by check, payable to NCS PTF, and dropped off to the office by 3pm on Thursday, April 1st. If payment is not received by that time then the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. In the event there is a dispute, please advise an Auction Committee member immediately. The decisions of the Auction Committee shall be final.

All sales are final and there will be no refunds or returns on any items. Please do not ask donors for the same. Each item is sold “As Is.” Certain auction items and/or services may have a restrictive use or other qualifications, which may affect value, application and/or use by the bidder. Buyers are bound by these precise restrictions by the donors.

These terms are not negotiable. Please read carefully the specifications and limitations prior to making your bid. We make no expressed or implied warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the items or services, and in no event are we responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authenticity or condition of the item or service, and no statement in the catalog or made elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or an assumption of the liability. Bidders should inspect the item or service before bidding.
