Early Childhood Center

The early-elementary years are a time when students begin to develop their academic self-concept and their feelings of competence and confidence as learners.

They are beginning to develop decision-making, communication and life skills, character values, attitudes toward school self, peers, social groups and family. Many of these skills and concepts are taught at home, but it is my intention to help our teachers to enhance the learning that is already taking place at home.

At the Early Childhood Center, I support our students and teachers individually and with classroom guidance lessons. Referrals for individual counseling can come from the student, teacher, Director, or parent.
