Create a Wizer.Me account (if you don't already have one) at https://www.wizer.me/. You can create and account using your Google email.
If you are new to Wizer.Me, I always suggest reviewing the Community Worksheets before creating your own. If you find something you like, choose Use the Worksheet to make a copy to edit for your own needs.
If you want to start from scratch, choose My Worksheets and then click the PLUS sign to begin.
You need to identify the worksheet subject and grade level and then start designing. You can also identify the tags for searching (upper left hand corner above select design.
Choose the design, color palate, and font style.
Once you have titled your document, you are ready to begin. Go to ADD A TASK and choose the type of question that you want to utilize.
There are several options available: open question, multiple choice, blanks, fill in an image, matching, table, sorting, draw, text, image, video, link, embed, and discussion.
You have the ability to import videos, links, pdfs, images, etc., so that students can respond to what is displayed.
You can also create different types of questions that allows students to answer using text or verbal response.
Once you have created your worksheet, make sure that you save it. Click on SHARE WORKSHEET and copy the link for the assignment.
You will have the option to share the assignment with your students through Google Classroom.
Submit the link using the Google Form below.
