Make sure that you have watched the video in its entirety to make sure that it is appropriate.
Once you have reviewed the video, make sure it is viewable for NCSD or click APPROVE.
Copy the link and insert it on to the Video.Link page to generate the new link.
Copy the new link and submit it to the Google Form provided below.
