If you frequently work on Google documents and share them among co-workers but always forget to adjust the share settings, Sir Links-a-Lot is for you! It will allow you to change the share settings of a Google Drive project (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drawings) with the single click of the extension! It will also cut down on your inbox receiving "Request for Access" messages when people try to get their own version of your document!

Watch the brief video tutorial over Sir Links-a-Lot on this page to become acclimated with it.
Go to the Chrome Web Store and add the Sir Links-a-Lot extension to your Chrome browser.
Once you have Sir Links-a-Lot added, try it out on a document you might need to share with a colleague.
Don't forget: You will need to make sure any document you share using Sir Links-a-Lot will need to have its share settings adjusted to "Anyone with the link on the Internet can view."
While you are in the process of changing the link on your chosen document, either take a screenshot* of your process or use a screen recorder to make a a very short video to show the steps you take to complete the process. As always, we recommend the Awesome Screenshot Google Chrome Extension for this type of task!
