QR code scavenger hunts can be used to review for a test, take a test, have students get to know each other, etc. They can be a fun way to get students up out of their seats and moving around. We have seen them done within a classroom or even spread around the building. You could also use one at open house to help students get to know the building or introduce staff.

You can use the QR Code Generator or the Classtools QR Treasure Hunt Generator to create your QR codes.
You can utilize Google Forms to create questions/answers with the QR codes to have students work through problems. How you set up this lesson is up to you. Create at least FIVE questions or problems for students to work through for a unit OR create something that students/parents can interact with....SHARE the links with the Google Form provided below.
