We suggest using Google Slides for HyperDocs because it allows you the to embed videos and there are very little restrictions.
To change the size of the page, go to File > Page Setup > Custom and change to 11x8.5. This will allow you to print without issues if necessary.

Include a link to this document on the Google Form attached below.
