What is geogebra?

GeoGebra is an interactive geometry, algebra, statistics and calculus application, intended for learning and teaching mathematics and science from primary school to university level. GeoGebra is available on multiple platforms, with apps for desktops, tablets and web.

GeoGebra is going to have Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 2... along with grades 6 - 8 Illustrative Math curriculum available for the fall 2021.

Let's Get Started

Please watch the tutorial videos over Geogebra that are located to the left. While watching, think of some ways Geogebra can help you in the classroom or how it could be useful to your students.
Go to https://www.geogebra.org/ and review the Classroom Resources. Choose a resource and create a class to utilize the tool with your students.
- Take a screenshot of the lesson that you have set up.
- Have your students interact with the tool or lesson and take a screenshot of their work.
Review the various resources available and pick one to use. Play around with the tool and take a screenshot to add to the Google Form provided below.
- You could use this as an enrichment activity or center activity in the classroom. Check out this example to view a possibility:
