The Tasks

Create or find a Google Form you'd like your students to complete. Whether it's a survey, quiz, or exit ticket, it's up to you.
Install the FormLimiter Google Form add-on as directed in the video to the left.
Set a date and time limit on your Google Form.
Take a screenshot* of your date and time limit set in FormLimiter. (Attach the screenshot to the Google Form below.)
Share/assign the Google Form with your students.
Provide the live link of the Google Form in the submission form linked below.
