• I am from the Oregon Coast.

• I have been married to my best friend for 10 years. 

• I have a son that is 13 and a daughter that is 8. 

• I love to speak French and share the language with my students. 

• I am passionate about reading and literacy including culturally responsive literature. 

• My favorite subject in school is Social Studies.

• I have been working in and/or studying education for over 15 years.

• In my spare time I love to explore new places with my family, garden, and go thrift shopping!
