指導老師 Tiffany Huang 是就讀於 Panther Creek High School 的十年級學生。她學過芭蕾舞，在民族舞蹈方面的學習至今已經11年了。她目前是NCYPT的高年級舞者， 她們的團隊曾經在桃李杯比賽上得到十佳白金獎和精神獎。在2022, 2023 舞蹈世界比賽上她們贏得特別金獎，也於2024 贏得金獎。

Dance instructor Tiffany Huang is a Panther Creek High School junior. She did ballet and has been doing Chinese ethnic dance for about 11 years now. She dances with NCYPTs Senior group, which has won 十佳白金獎 and 精神獎 from 桃李杯, 2019. From 舞蹈世界 they have won 2 特金獎, 2022 and 2023 as well as 金獎, 2024.

指導老師高瑞琪 Isabel Kao具有芭蕾、嘻哈、爵士、體操、城市和中國舞的舞蹈經驗。三歲開始學舞，十歲起加入Ruby Slippers Dance中國舞蹈團至今。瑞琪的學舞經驗和歷練能夠幫助有基礎的學生在中國舞藝上精進，並充分發揮他們的舞蹈潛力。

Dance instructor Isabel Kao has been a dancer since she was 3 years old. Isabel has ballet, hip-hop, jazz, gymnastics, urban and Chinese dance experience. She joined the Ruby Slippers Dance club, a Chinese dance organization since she was 10. With Isabel’s solid dance experience and talents, she will be able to help the young dancers with basic skills to progress well in Chinese Folk Dance, and to reach their full dance potential through thorough guidance and training.

指導老師朱良甫自小學在洛麗中文學校開始接觸扯鈴後，開始了他11年不間斷學習扯鈴的路程。從什麼都不會，透過學習、練習、上台表演、在高中自組扯鈴社、和志同道合的朋友組團累積經驗，今年更有機會在Cary建城150年周年表演，獲得廣大的迴響。良甫很高興有機會能夠將這項民俗技藝傳承給有興趣的人。也希望有更多大朋友、小朋友一起加入玩扯鈴的行列。

副指導老師陳志陽學習扯鈴已經8年了。近幾年來積極參與華協 TACAS 農曆新年聯歡會、端午節台灣夜市、亞洲節/龍舟節、凱瑞市 150 周年慶祝等各類文化活動的演出。11年級的志陽也在所就讀的 Enloe 高中中文社團裡教扯鈴，並帶領朋友們在學校的才藝表演活動上大顯身手。在中文學校課堂上，志陽會根據每位學生的能力，將扯鈴的基礎知識到高級表演技巧，全數教授給學生們。志陽非常期待指導新學生們的機會。

使小朋友在學習扯鈴的過程中能增進自信心、發揮創意、克服困難、磨練耐心,並學習人際互動。小朋友不用怕，扯鈴很容易上手哦!

Instructor Joseph Chu’s journey of learning Diabolo/Chinese Yoyo started when he took classes at RCLS back in elementary school 11 years ago. In the past 11 years, from knowing nothing about diabolo to creating a Diabolo Performance team, through hours of practice, many performances, to creating a Diabolo club in high school, and learning from instructors from Taiwan, Joseph has gained lots of experience, knowledge, and passions toward performing and teaching Diabolo. Joseph is excited to have the chance again to pass his knowledge and skills to those who are interested. He hopes that more people of different ages will join him in playing with the Diabolo/Chinese Yoyo.

Assistant instructor William Chen has been learning diabolo for 8 years. In the past 2 years he performed actively at various cultural events including TACAS Lunar New Year celebration, Moon Festival/Taiwan Yes Night Market, , Asia Festival/Dragon boat festival, Cary 150th Anniversary Celebration and more. William also teaches Diabolo in Enloe high school's Chinese club, he once led a group of friends performing at the school's talent show and wowed the audience. 

During RCLS Diabolo classes, William will cover everything from the basics of diabolo to advanced performance techniques.  William will teach students according to their skill levels, he is looking forward to guide and teach Diabolo at Raleigh Chinese Language School. 

Course Introduction:

Through the experience of learning diabolo, our students will develop their confidence, increase creativity, overcome difficulties, and work on their patience while learning to interact with others. Don't worry, diabolo Is very easy to pick up and learn!

指導老師蔡信亞有著北卡州大紡織學院「時尚和產品管理」以及「設計」背景，十歲開始學習中國結，熟悉中國結飾編織文化，各式打法及設計應用。過去三年在洛麗中文學校教授中國結的期間，信亞老師依照學生個人對織感的成熟度，為學生量身打造適合個人的進度，也帶領全班同學參加華協中國新年、龍舟節、及學校義賣活動，對推廣中國結飾文化不遺餘力！在中國結課程中，學生們將會學習到中國結飾的基本編織技術，文化背景，以及親手創作出傳統結飾、和動物結飾。

Bethany Thai studies in the fields of Fashion & Management and Design at UNC, Chapel Hill. At the age of 10, Bethany started Chinese Knotting learning, she is familiar with Chinese knotting culture, weaving technique, design, and application. During the past 3 years of Chinese knotting teaching at RCLS, Bethany taught students according to their weaving maturity and progress, she also took the class to help with fundraising activities at various local festivals including TACAS lunar new year celebration, dragon boat/Asia festival, and fundraising at RCLS.

In Chinese Knotting, students will be able to learn the cultural and technical side of knotting, as well as creating traditional knots, decorations, and animals.

指導老師劉俊緯是就讀於教堂山北卡州立大學，主修統計學和經濟學的大四生。過去有五年在中文學校教授象棋的豐富經驗，他很期待新學期能再度指導學生。俊緯擅長教授不同文化背景和不同棋藝程度的學生。春季班課程包括明棋、暗棋、五子棋教授，以及各式棋藝比賽。

Instructor Brian Liu is a senior at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill studying Statistics and Economics. Brain has been teaching Chinese Chess for 5 years and is looking forward to teaching again at RCLS. Brain specializes in teaching competitive half-board Chinese chess, but also love to engage with students and teach them other ways to play the game. Brain is experienced with teaching students of all backgrounds and skill levels, from those who have 

never played before in their life, to those who have been playing for many years. Brain’s teaching plan including half-board, full-board. half-board and full-board composition, Gomoku/3-Kingdoms.

麻將文化課歡迎想要了解中國傳統配對遊戲和文化的同學。 這是文化學習班，上課期間不允許賭博和大聲喧嘩。 違反行為準則的學生將被罰款 50 美元。

For adults and students 12 year old and older.

Mahjong culture class welcomes students who want to learn about the traditional Chinese matching game and the culture. It's a culture learning class, gambling and loud noise during the class is not allowed. Students who violate the code of conduct will be fined $50. 

石紹佑是 Green Hope High School 十二年級學生。他喜歡寫作, 從九年級起是學校校刊團隊的成員, 目前擔任編輯。他目前是FASCA 學員並且擔任新北Top 5 英語輔導老師以及中文學校助教。他中英文溝通流利, 並且希望籍由自己的寫作經驗來激發學生的寫作潛力。

在英文寫作和技巧課程中,  Alan 將教授文法、詞彙及寫作技巧。學生將可以運用這些技巧學到有效的寫作。經由這個課程, 學生將會有堅實的寫作技巧, 可以自信地利用這些技巧寫出不同體裁的文章。

適合年齡：11-14歲

Instructor Alan Shr is a rising senior[a] at Green Hope High School. He has been a writer for Green Hope’s award-winning publication The GH Falcon for three years, and he currently holds the position of an editor. In the summer of 2024, he was awarded with the prestigious Chuck Stone Scholar honor from UNC Chapel Hill. He has been a part of FASCA for two years, holding various teaching positions as an English tutor for students in Taiwan, as well as a teacher assistant at RCLS. With Alan’s solid experience, he will be able to push students to reach their full potential in writing. He is able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.

In "Writing and Mechanics," students will study the fundamentals of grammar, vocabulary, and techniques crucial to effective writing. By the end of the course, students will possess a solid foundation in writing mechanics and the confidence to apply these skills across different contexts.
