North Crawford's Outdoor Adventure Club seeks to get students outside hiking, skiing, camping at interesting destinations both far and near. We are a part of North Crawford's Beyond the Bell Program (funded through the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center grant Program) and as such we do academic projects researching outdoor adventure topics, wildlife, destination information and more.
It is our goal to provide equipment, time, opportunities, destinations for students who otherwise would not be able to explore the great outdoors. We have teachers eager to facilitate short and long adventures ranging from hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, geocaching, kayaking, camping and more. But we are in much need of donations of equipment and money to make it all happen. 100% of your donation goes toward students experiencing the great outdoors. If you would like to make a monetary donation, contact Brandie Myhre bmyhre@ncrawford.k12.wi.us. If you would like to purchase equipment as a donation, check out our registry at REI.
