Expanding our horizons by creating more branches, serving as centers of excellence in making deserts for the Filipino people, creating quality and affordable graham themed deserts make more people happy, empowered marketing in social media, and also empower employees

Description

Graham balls are desserts which are popularized in the Philippines. These are made out of crushed graham crackers, condensed milk, and marshmallow

For My Ingredients:

2 (200 Grams) M.Y. San Graham Crackers

1-2 Cans of Sweet Condensed Milk

1 Bag of Marshmallows

For My Procedures:

1st: Combine

In a bowl, combine 1½ packages of crushed graham crackers with the condensed milk. Mix well. Adjust sweetness to taste. Set aside the remaining half-package of crushed graham crackers

2nd: Adjust and Flatten

Put a small amount of the mixture in your hand and flatten it a little bit with your fingers

Final: Roll the ball and put sprinkles

Roll the graham balls in the remaining crushed graham crackers or in powdered milk. You can also roll them in dried coconut or chocolate sprinkles to make fun variations
