ESSER III Plan Documents

The purpose of the American Rescue Plan Act Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP/ESSER III) Funding is to help safely reopen and sustain the safe operation of schools and to address the impacts of COVID-19 on the nation’s students by addressing students’ academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs.

All schools receiving ARP ESSER III funding are required to periodically review (and update as necessary) local plans for the Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services. The periodic review process must occur at least every six months, and will include a public hearing during a regularly scheduled School Board meeting to
solicit feedback from parents and community stakeholders when considering plan revisions.
