Set on the edge of the village, the playing field boasts an attractive and recently redecorated Pavilion, playground equipment for young children, an all-weather and floodlit Multi-Use Games Area, football pitch, brick built BBQ and a large car park.
These facilities are available for all to enjoy and we host several thriving local groups; they also make a great venue for celebrations, children’s parties and meetings.
North Curry Pavilion & Playing Field is a charity with responsibility for running the facilities to promote sports and leisure activities in the local community.
Help ensure the Pavilion and Playing Fields continue to be a valuable village asset
Do you or your family and friends enjoy visiting the play park, kick a ball around the MUGA or attend one of the many classes at the Pavilion?
We now urgently require to fill several key roles or we cannot keep these facilities running. It’s not a big commitment, we meet once a month, hold a couple of fund raisers every year and do a little maintenance.
If you can commit a small amount of your time, please help us.
Please contact Victoria Wakefield on 07882-183670 or via email on info@ncpavilion.co.uk for more information.
North Curry Music Festival offers an exciting lineup of international and local musicians set to perform over four days.
We at North Curry Pavilion & Playing Fields look forward to supporting the Music Festival.
This year, in collaboration with the Film Club there is a screening of Mamma Mia! to get everyone in the mood for the fun to come.
On Sunday 21st June the North Curry Pavilion & Playing Field committee, whose fund raising is seriously impacted by the cancellation of the May Fair this year, will be providing the food and drinks for the music and festivities on the Greenway playing fields.
We are currently honing our burger flipping skills in readiness for the Sunday event when there will be a barbecue and drinks and music from party band Rooster. Supporting local groups is important, please join us on Sunday 21 June at Greenway playing fields.
Come and support a great local event!!
