• Rename the Document

• Insert your School/District Name

• Indicate Strategy Areas that have Required Trigger Questions for your District/Buildings

• Review the Required Strategy Areas and Identify All Required Trigger Questions and/or Locally Identified Questions for the District/Building

• Identify Appropriate Stakeholder(s) Responsible for Analyzing Data and Answering Questions within Each Strategy Area for the District/Building

• Share with Appropriate Stakeholders and Provide a Deadline for Completion 

• Review Answers and Input Information into the One Needs Assessment, Identify Priority Areas, and Submit to the One Plan
