NCOA Baseball Material … All Members …

Last year's early season start was difficult on everyone ... It rained early … We were low on memberships & needed to recruit and train into March so as to build higher numbers for peak season assignment coverage …  And, we needed to keep games available for “new” members registering late … It was a difficult season for everyone … Here are some ideas to help the 2026 season ...

The goal is to improve communication, have somewhere to host recent email communications from the All-Sports, sport group & schedulers – post important documents, have easy to remember URLs & help meet everyone’s needs for a smoother season …

Periodic Emails: Another item we can try is a weekly or every other week email to help everyone keep up-to-date on upcoming “needs” … The primary need is to help communicate scheduler needs & plans for publishing upcoming games, encourage timely blocks, publicize Baseball group announcements & other needs as well … If we have good communication, encourage timely blocks & solicit help for upcoming scheduling needs, we can optimize our assignment coverage, "help the kids play" & reduce all our workloads ...
