The National Association for Music Education (NAfME) is the parent organization for NCMEA. If you're not already a member of NAfME, please consider joining. Benefits include being part of a networked community of guitar teachers, participation in local and national conferences/festivals, as well as access to resources, journals, and grant opportunities.
Mission
The mission of the NCMEA guitar committee is to provide support in curriculum development, lesson planning, and program development for teachers and to provide performance outlets for students.
