Pinecrest High School Counseling Department 

Mission Statement

The mission of the Pinecrest High School Counseling Department is to implement a comprehensive school counseling program that is equitable, inclusive, and empowering, designed to meet the academic, career, and social/emotional needs of all students as per the American School Counseling Association. We ensure students graduate on time with their cohort while meeting North Carolina’s minimum graduation requirements. 

Vision Statement

Graduates of Pinecrest High School will be globally competitive, equipped with lifelong skills to succeed as team-oriented, innovative, influential communicators, and resourceful problem-solvers. Built on a strong foundation of knowledge, character, and education, they will become proud and accomplished citizens, ready to pursue enrollment, employment, or enlistment while making meaningful contributions to society.
