Troubleshooting suggestions:

  • Turn your chromebook off and turn back on.

  • Log off your Chromebook and log back in again

  • Refresh the page

  • If an application is not working correctly, Log off and restart the application.

  • Clear your Cache: Instructions

If none of these resolve your tech problem, email your teacher. In the email, be specific about what the issue is:

  1. What application are you using?

  2. What is not working correctly?

  3. What steps have you tried already?

  4. What error message are you getting?

  5. Take a screenshot and attach it or insert it in your email.
