"How To" Videos

If you would like to hear for yourself what we review with students at school, take a few minutes to watch these videos. Watching with your child might be helpful if they are not sure what to do next.

Showing Evidence of Learning

Take a look at the examples below. The first two articles have no evidence of what a student has learned. As we discussed in class, a person could underline or highlight some or all of an article without actually ever reading it. The third sample has reactions, questions, and paraphrasing to show what the reader was thinking. This is what we mean by "evidence of learning."
