Are you new to the Milwaukie attendance boundaries?

If you have recently moved into the Milwaukie High attendance boundaries, please read below and call the Counseling Office at 503-353-5841 to set up an enrollment appointment.

If you are not living in our attendance boundaries but would still like to attend, please contact the Athletic office at 503-353-5830 ext 38301 to discuss transfer options.

List of items needed for enrollment:

Current transcript and/or withdraw grades from previous school
If applicable, IEP or 504 plan (please note, an enrollment meeting cannot be held until a copy is received)
Proof of address. You can verify your address is within our attendance boundaries here
Immunization records
Signed forms in enrollment packet. See below for packet.
