In the Virtual Gym below there are many links for you to click on to help get some additional exercise.
REMEMBER
You should be getting 60 minutes of exercise everyday. If you are getting outside to get your heart rate up, that's great.
MVPA stands for Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity. MVPA contributes to obesity prevention, muscular development, and bone development. It reduces anxiety and distress on the body. It improves self-esteem, mood, and concentration.
EQUIPMENT
Feel free to change equipment as needed. You don't need to have the specific item (example - a tissue could be a juggling scarf. - A pillow can be used as a throwing target).
If you don't have something to substitute a piece of equipment - Use your imagination or you can even pretend :)
