PURPLE SHIRT WEDNESDAYS!

Several years ago, I had a student ask me a very interesting question , "Mr. Burr, why do you always wear a purple shirt of some kind on Wednesdays?" I was shocked! I didn't know I did that. We talked about it and decided it would be fun if everyone in our class wore some sort of purple shirt on Wednesdays. Soon, the rest of the school started noticing and by the end of the year the school was awash with people wearing purple on Wednesdays!

Let's see if we can start a trend at Scouters Mountain. If your student has a shirt with some purple in it, how about having them wear it on Wednesdays? It is always a fun way to start out the middle of the week!
