Sensory processing refers to how our brain interprets the different sensory experiences throughout our environment. Each of us take in sensory information, and in turn, respond in our own way. Supporting the sensory processing patterns of your student will aim to encourage greater participation in their everyday life.

Teaching kids to have self-regulation is one of the most important character traits we can teach. Experts believe that kids who master self-regulation become masters of their learning, are more critical thinkers, and make healthier choices; and the benefits are life-long.
