Slow response time, choppy audio or video? Follow the recommendations below:
1) Do NOT have multiple browser tabs open, multiple tabs take up resources on the device.
2) Close all other applications.
3) Do NOT change or blur your Meet background. This new feature requires more resources.
4) While at home on WiFi or using a hotspot, stay in close proximity to the WiFi router/hotspot to have a strong connection. Also, minimize your household Internet load during Meets by limiting high use (e.g. streaming videos, gaming, etc.) from other devices.
5) Lower your Meet video resolution.
To change your resolution, click the 3 dots in the bottom right corner and choose Settings.
Choose Video and adjust from High to Standard.
