Due June 30, 2026 to Chapter Treasurers (International will drop any members who have not paid by September 30, 2026.) Please be flexible with your members.  DO NOT send dues checks to Tonya Allison until July 1, 2026.

**Send Headquarters Donations in a different check than scholarship fees and dues.

Form 15

Submit using Google Form by July 15, 2026.  This is for July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.  This form will be available from International after June 1, 2026.

This form must be completed by all chapters for the 2025-2026 year.

Form 990-N - IRS

Due by November 15, 2026

Refer to 990-N page - Please save a copy of your confirmation and send to Tonya Allison, NC DKG State Treasurer.
