Reminder that Hawks who are attending lunch meetings must RSVP Here to order lunch 2 days prior to the meeting to give our cafeteria staff time to plan. When you order your lunch for a club meeting, your group advisor will have your lunch for you at the meeting. You will go straight to the meeting location and not to the cafeteria on meeting days.
On Tuesday, May 6th: 9th-11th grade athletes who have an event after school and need to stay should pack lunch this day and report to your team study hall location.

Spring Pep Rally
Tuesday, May 13th we will have classes on a shortened bell schedule. We will honor our Spring Athletes, and the students will have the choice to participate in a variety of afternoon activities.
If students wish to get an early dismissal, their parent needs to complete the form that was emailed home to them on May 2nd by no later than May 7th.
Turn in permission form to Ms. Crumlish in the School store. I will accept permission forms until the coach bus is full.
Prom is Friday, May 9th 6:30pm-1030pm at the Executive Banquet Hall. Formal dress code is required. No overly revealing attire will be permitted.
Please also note that attending prom is a privilege and any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or unsafe for attending extra-curricular events from now leading up to the dance is subject to your ticket being revoked with no refund given.
Seniors, are asked to check this master list to see if you owe any senior obligations. If anything is highlighted in yellow, it means that you owe that.
Seniors are asked to check the senior webpage weekly to stay up to date.
Class of 2025 Senior Recognition
Tuesday, May 6th 12:30pm start,
Ceremony will last @1.5 hours in the St. Georges Gym
All family and friends are welcome, no tickets are required for entry.
SENIORS: Arrive 9:45am to the gym and sit in your career area row in ABC order.
Student dress: Professional Attire.
Nice pants, shirts, dresses, and skirts. Ladies, be mindful of the length of your dress and height of your heels as you will be walking up steps onto stage. No exposed stomachs. You are representing St. Georges, please do not arrive in any inappropriate/revealing clothing or you may not be permitted to go onstage.
(You can bring clothes to change into before the ceremony, if you don't want to be dressed up all day).
-9:45am-noon: Seniors will practice for the senior rec ceremony, have a class meeting, have a free class lunch, get yearbooks and prom tickets and senior tshirts (if you haven’t already got it).
-At Noon, you can bring your items you’ve gotten to your car or locker before the ceremony.
-12:10pm all seniors should be ready and dressed up in the cafeteria to line up with your career area for the ceremony.
Nothing should be in your hand when you process into the ceremony. No yearbooks, no purses, ect.
Please leave all other personal items with family, in your car/locker, or in the cafeteria. I have staff sitting in there to watch items during the ceremony.
Make sure your cellphones are OFF,
they should not be on/ringing/vibrating during the ceremony.
*If you don’t attend senior recognition, you can pick up your items the next day on May 7th.
*If you are done with your chromebook,
please bring it to return to the library.
Your next MANDATORY meeting is Thursday, May 22nd for Graduation Practice. Please enter directly through gym doors from 12:45pm-1pm to get your line up order. We will start practice at 1pm.
You will get your cap/gown.
If you have met all student obligations, then you will get 10 graduation tickets.
*Remember, the NCCVT senior exit survey is a grad requirement. Complete the mandatory survey HERE.

Last chance to be taken off or added to this list is Monday, May 5th.
Extra help is from 3-6pm. If students are leaving the library before 6pm, they must have a ride home.
All Hawks are welcome to come by room B109 in the morning before school to get help on math work on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
Student IDs
You can pick them up in the school store in the morning before school from 7:35am-8:05am.
