Class overview

5th Grade is a year for growth and preparation for moving up to middle school.  Students work very hard learning how to use a locker and what to expect in middle school.  We help prepare them by teaching them to work independently and always being prepared.  We talk about personal responsibility as they transition from elementary students to middle schoolers. They continue to build on fundamental skills in Math, ELA, Writing, Social Studies, and Science.
