Group travel
We will be providing group travel by coach / bus from the larger NCAS sites. This will consolidate our carbon footprint for this year's meeting, increase accessibility, and decrease administrative burden at all NCAS locations.
Where staff are based at smaller sites, we will support them to arrange local group travel - for example the booking and use of hire cars paid for via travel & subsistence budgets. These costs will be recharged centrally post-event.
For any questions regarding this travel plan, please contact conference@ncas.ac.uk.
