Math Resources
A parent created and shared this wonderful resource, intended to align with our Singapore Math curriculum and provide flashcards, games, and articles supporting families with extra math practice: https://classicalmath.games/
Ms. Rein (4th grade) created this resource to help students think through solving bar models and word problems. You can find it here.
Dates listed are when the homework was assigned. Typically, it is due the next day, unless I have given alternate instructions.
There may be additional homework for students who did not complete their classwork.
Math tutoring with Mr. Cole is available during carline on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00-3:30. If your child is struggling in math, I request that they attend at least one of the week's tutoring sessions. If you would specifically like to request tutoring for your child on a Monday or Wednesday, please put "Tutoring with Mr. Cole" in SchoolPass so that he can ensure they participate.

I hear America singing, the varied carols I hear.
Those of mechanics, each one singing his as it should be blithe and strong.
The carpenter singing his as he measures his plank or beam.
The mason singing his as he makes ready for work, or leaves off work.
The boatman singing what belongs to him in his boat, the deckhand singing on the steamboat deck.
The shoemaker singing as he sits on his bench, the hatter singing as he stands,
The wood-cutter's song, the ploughboy's on his way in the morning, or at noon intermission or at sundown.
The delicious singing of the mother, or the young wsife aat work, or of the girl sewing or washing.
Each singing what belongs to him or her and to none else.
The day what belongs to the day - at night the party of your fellows, robust, friendly,
Singing with open mouths their strong melodious songs.
