Homework

Every night students should:

-Work no more than a total of 40 minutes per evening

-Read at least 20 minutes and fill in the Reading Log

-All written work (including the Reading Log) should be written beautifully using complete sentences, including proper capitalization and punctuation.

-Math in the Math Workbook, daily problems as listed in student's planner and below:

Week 2: August 31 - September 4

Monday:  Sign planner

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: Pages 7-8, problems 1-4

Tuesday:  Sign planner

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: Page 9, problems 5 & 6 (7 is optional) 

Wednesday: Sign planner

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: Pages: 11-12 Problems: 2, 3, 5, & 6

Thursday: Sign planner

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: Pages: 14-15 Problems: 2, 3, 5, 6, & 7

Friday: Sign planner

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: Pages: 17-18  Problems: 2, 3, & 4

Week 1: August 26-28

Wednesday: 

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: Look through math book and find something that is interesting to you

Thursday: 

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: 1.1 pages 1-3, problems 3, 5, & 7

Friday: 

Literature: Read 20 minutes, fill out reading log

Math: 1.2 pages 4-6, problems 3, 5, & 7
