First thing you should do this winter is relax and spend some quality time with family/friends. You have worked hard this summer and fall- you have earned it. Many have inquired about what they can do to improve during the winter.
Winter Workouts: Starting on January 2 those not participating in winter sports will have the opportunity to do non-soccer specific workouts as a group. Workouts are short in length so you may take the 3:20 bus home. These are the little things that will make you and the program successful. Below are the dates that we will be working out as a group.
