Nuneaton Town Supporters’ Co-operative

will be held at 7.00 pm on Wednesday, 14th May, 2025

at Bermuda Phoenix Centre,

Bermuda Road, Nuneaton, CV10 7HU

Notice of Elections

There are vacancies on the Co-op Board of Directors and spaces for Co-opted members. Members interested in standing can download a Candidate Information Pack and Nomination form linked below or ask for a copy from the Secretary.

In order to be put forward to become a Supporters Representative on the board of Nuneaton Town FC CIC, you need to become a Board member of the Supporters Co-Operative. 

The Nomination Form must be completed and returned (with the candidate’s statement)to the Secretary by midday Wednesday, 30th April, 2025.

Should there only be one candidate for the Board vacancy, there will not be a formal ballot of members but instead those people validly nominated will be put to the Annual General Meeting for an affirmative vote.

Call for resolutions/motions

In addition to any resolutions that will be put forward by the Co-operative Board, members can submit their own resolutions to the meeting.

Such a resolution must be submitted (in accordance with Rule 26 of the Society) to the secretary by midday Wednesday, 30th April, 2025.
