AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Nuneaton Borough Supporters' Society Ltd (known as Nuneaton Borough Supporters' Co-Operative), will be held at:

7 pm on Wednesday 22nd May, 2024

The AGM will be held at Bermuda Phoenix Community Centre, Bermuda, Nuneaton, CV10 7HU.

Members will be advised of any other arrangements nearer the time.

Notice of Elections

There will be 5 vacancies on the Board. Members interested in standing can download a Candidate Information Pack and Nomination form using the document below, or by asking for a copy from the Secretary.

In addition, there will be up to any 5 Co-opted positions available which may suit any member with a particular area of expertise. The Nomination Form must be completed and returned (with the candidate’s statement) to the Secretary by midday 24th April, 2024.

Should there be 5 or less candidates for the vacancies, there will not be a formal ballot of members but instead those people validly nominated will be put to the Annual General Meeting for an affirmative vote.

Call for resolutions

In addition to any resolutions that will be put forward by the Co-Operative Board, members can submit their own resolutions to the meeting.

Such a resolution must be submitted (in accordance with Rule 26 of the Society) to the secretary by midday 24th April, 2024.
