To Reset Chromebook Device:

Step 1. Plug in Chromebook

Step 2: Open Screen of device

Step 3: Hold down the power button and refresh key simultaneously.(these are on the top row of your chromebook) Refresh key is usually 4 keys from the left-image below!

Step 4: Wait for device to reset, if necessary close screen and reopen
