We had a go making this rocket on the first day of our Unit. As often happens in Science, the experiment didn't quite go to plan.

This was a great example of a FAIL (First Attempt in Learning).

We had a discussion and decided that it was because our cork had a small hole in it.

Mr Gray and Mrs Hamilton challenged us to see if this was an experiment which we could try and do at home.

We are learning about how rockets are made aerodynamically.
