Dear Parents:
The 2024 Nazareth Academy Prom “Enchanted Garden” will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Westin in Lombard. At the dance, students and their guests will enjoy a buffet dinner, dancing with music provided by RGML Entertainment, and late-night trivia and games. All junior and senior Nazareth students are encouraged to attend.
We are very grateful for Nazareth's underwriting of some of our prom expenses. These efforts along with additional fundraising done by Senior and Junior Boards have resulted in more than $5000, which ultimately defrays the cost we pass along to students and their families. This year’s bid price is $175 per individual.
Prom bids will be on sale from Monday, March 15 to Friday, March 21. Students must fill out the Bid Form online, print and complete the contract, and bring the signed and completed contract and payment to Mrs. Gardner in Springer Hall. Bids can be purchased during lunches only. The bid purchase form and the signed contract from each attendee must be submitted with payment by March 21st. The table seating request form will be on the website and available in the K206 by March 27; table requests are due by April 12.

All Nazareth students attending Prom need to complete the Bid Form. Once the Bid Form has been submitted, the signed contract(s) and payment can be turned in during lunches from March 15th to 21st.

The Evening
The 2024 Prom, Enchanted Garden, will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Westin in Lombard, followed by after-dinner trivia and games.
Prom-goers are welcome to arrive any time after 6:00 p.m., but must be present by 7:00 p.m. to be seated for dinner. All prom-goers are asked to plan ahead and allow plenty of time to get to the Westin by the required time. Students who arrive after this time will not be allowed to enter. Parents of students not present at this time will be notified.
This year’s prom includes an onsite after-dinner experience with the DJ playing until 12 a.m., late-night snacks, and trivia and games. Starting at 10 pm, students will have access to an additional ballroom at the Westin, where they can participate in group trivia, hosted by Trivia Mafia, and other social games, provided by RAH Entertainment. Students will earn tickets for participating and those tickets will be used that night in raffles for a variety of prizes.

Parking
Free parking is available at the Westin. We ask that you please park in the South Lot that is closest to the AMC theater.
