To All Nazareth Students and Parents:

Student Council invites you to Homecoming 2017!

Beginning on Monday, September 25, Nazareth students will enjoy many fun-filled activities throughout the school day, including out-of-uniform days, competitions at lunch, free food, prizes, and more!

On Friday, September 29th, the 8 a.m. Pep Rally officially kicks off the Nazareth Academy HOMECOMING/WALK weekend by celebrating the accomplishments and hard work of our students. The Pep Rally this year promises to be fun and exciting as we showcase so many reasons to celebrate and to be proud of our school. After the WALK, Student Council presents NazFest, featuring music, food, desserts, and games. Bring some extra money for lunch! Afternoon activities include Senior Board’s Senior vs. Faculty/Staff Softball Game on John Michalek Field, which starts as soon as faculty/staff are back on campus. We anticipate the Friday afternoon fun to wrap up around 1 p.m.

The Homecoming Dance will be held in the Rooney Center on Saturday, September 30th, from 8 to 11 p.m. Tickets can be purchased the week of September 18th during all lunches. All tickets must be purchased by September 22; no late ticket orders will be accepted. The cost for each attendee is $25 plus a box of cereal. All Nazareth attendees must complete the ticket order form contained on this site before paying their entry fee(s). In addition, when purchasing their tickets students must submit a completed contract for each student attending with the correct fee. Students can bring one guest from another school; if they choose to do so, the guest must complete the Non-Nazareth Guest Contract and must provide a photocopy of his or her student ID. Ticket order forms and contracts are available on this site. Incomplete ticket orders will not be processed.

Some points to remember:

  • All Nazareth students are encouraged to attend Homecoming. You do not need a date! We hope to see everyone there!
  • Every Naz student and guest must bring his or her ID to be admitted.
  • Doors close at 9 p.m. No exceptions.
  • Make wise choices. Any student suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will be given a breathalyzer by an administrator, and parents will be called to pick them up. Students found to be under the influence or in possession of drugs will also be removed from the dance, and parents will be called to pick them up. Further disciplinary consequences will ensue.
  • Refrain from wearing provocative, revealing dresses.
  • Respect your dancing partner. Use good sense. Do not require us to intervene.
  • The dance is over at 11p.m. Students who do not drive must make arrangements to be picked up at that time at the north entrance of the school.

Forms and Documents

All Nazareth students attending Homecoming need to complete the online Ticket Order Form. Once the Ticket Order Form has been submitted, the signed contract(s), payment, and boxes of cereal should be presented to Student Council who will be accepting forms during all lunches. Checks should be made out to "Nazareth Academy".
