Founder and director of a program that prepares students to work in cultural resource fields related to museums, archives, special collections, and public-facing history. I develop and maintain the curriculum and assessment of the course offerings. I work closely with campus partners to recruit students and provide pathways for future careers. I work closely with community partners to establish internships, community engagement, and collaborative public history projects.

The Center's Founder and Director, maintain an oral history collection and an archive on Nazareth's and Rochester community history. I work with community partners in education, public history, genealogy, and libraries to assist and work on collaborative community projects.
Interim Chair, History, Politics, and Law, 2024 Led the department of History, Political Science, Legal Studies, Museums, Archives, and Public History. Oversaw or directed the committees that hired three new faculty members, administered the budget, implemented new policies, assisted in recruitment of new students.

I oversaw a department with five full-time and one visiting faculty and three adjunct faculty with four significant programs and 150 students. Administer the budget, manage student records, oversee departmental initiatives, and act as the department's public face with constituencies across campus and beyond.

I directed the office responsible for campus-wide grant-seeking and faculty and undergraduate research. During my tenure, I promoted faculty development, managed the annual campus-wide celebration of undergraduate work, supervised the post-grants coordinator, and worked closely with the Controller to maintain compliance and financial integrity of $4.5 million in continuing grant funding. Oversaw the submission of over $2.8 million in new grant applications and successfully received over $1.9 million in funding.

Led the department during a time of rebuilding that added two new hires to the department of seven full-time and six part-time faculty. Created and added a new major in Museums, Archives, & Public History. Hired a Director for Legal Studies. Oversaw four major programs with over 200 students. Managed budgets, schedules, and student evaluations, developed special projects, and acted as the department's public face to alums, potential students, administrators, faculty, staff, current students, and the Rochester community.
