Staff Bios

Hello future scientists! My name is Dr. Stachowski.  I am a biochemistry professor at Naz and I am excited to return to Science Camp as Camp Director. I can’t wait to meet all of you & have some fun as we explore the magic of Harry Potter and Disney with science!

The most amazing Harry Potter enthusiast you will ever meet, who serves as the head teacher in this camp.  Charms, Potions, Herbology, Transfiguration, you name it, she can do it all with just a wave of her magic wand!!  She is Nationally Board Certified to teach middle childhood, worked for RCSD for 35 years, and Nazareth Science Camp since 2004. 

Hi Everyone! I am excited to be back for my third year of Naz Science Camp! 

I graduated from Naz in 2018 with an MS in Biology and Adolescent Education. I am currently a Biology Teacher in Cattaraugus. I look forward to another great year of science investigations and Harry Potter adventures! 

Hello Everyone! I am so thrilled to be back at camp this year! This will be my third year at Science Camp, but the first year in the teacher role. As a double Nazareth Alum (‘22 &‘23G) nothing makes me happier than being at the place I have called home the past five years doing the thing I love most… teaching! I am beyond excited for camp to start and to have some magical fun!
