Verifying the Student Gradebook View

The visibility of grade items or activities in the gradebook can impact what appears for students in the gradebook. This can temporarily result in students not seeing the same score or items that are appearing for faculty in the Grader report. The User report allows faculty to replicate the exact grade book that each student is able to see.

Accessing the User Report

Step 1: On the course page, go the Navigation Drawer and click the Grades link.

Step 2: The Grader report will display all current scores for your roster in the gradebook. Click the User report tab to check the student view of the gradebook.

Step 3: Once on the User report tab, click the user menu and select a student name.

The user report will then display the grade book view that is currently visible to the selected student.
