North Cobb Home Football Game - On Friday, 12 Sep 2025, North Cobb will be hosting Walton High School. Uniform will be yellow PT shirt, khaki trousers, and a cap. Cadets that are going home first and returning for the game are asked to be at NCHS at 5:00pm. Click here if you want to participate.
Harrison Home Football Game - On Friday, 3 Oct 2025, Harrison will be hosting a home game against McEachern High School. Uniform will be yellow PT shirt, khaki trousers, and a cap. Cadets are asked to be at at NCHS at 5:00pm. Click here if you want to participate.
On September 2nd-5th we took a trip to Parris Island SC, Marine Corps Recruit Depot; Where we spent the week getting a taste of what it is like being a Marine Recruit - running the confidence course, learning the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, engaging in team building activities and watching our three graduated cadets Hopkins, Poston, and Robinson become United States Marines.

Welcome Aboard Orientation
On August 9th, we hosted our annual welcome aboard picnic, opening the day up with this year’s freshman orientation, new cadets were introduced to Brain Brawl, Rifle, Drill, and Drone. After, the cadets were able to enjoy fun activities and a meal. Thank you to all cadets, parents, and Booster Members that showed up to make this event possible.
North Cobb Warrior Welcome
Thank you to all the cadets who participated in the North Cobb, Warrior Welcome, we appreciate all the work that was done to help out our upcoming students.
CMP Rifle Camp
This past weekend we had 8 cadets go to Anniston Alabama for CMP rifle camp. We are so proud of their dedication and commitment to becoming strong members of our rifle team.
This past weekend our cadets participated in the Patriotic Service at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church, this service was done in honor of our military branches, we are honored to be able to participate in this event.
The North Cobb Harrison NJROTC unit would like to recognize North Cobb's new principle David Bell as he accompanied us during our Salute To America color guard.

On February 8th , 2025 the unit held its annual military ball at the Marietta Country club. This event consisted of a traditional ceremony including the MIA and POW table. Along with a sword arch to honor our seniors. Cadets had a great time with their peers and senior parents.
This weekend our brain brawl team competed in their eagles landing competiton. Our team placed 3rd place. The cadets on this team were Carambot, Greer, Porter, Daniel and Jordan. Make sure you congratulate them.
February 6th some of our cadets traveled to dobbins air force base to learn about and look inside helicopters.
February 6th our GHSA rifle team had their last regular match of the season at Kennesaw Mountain high school. we did not win the match, but Caden Guirty had the highest score for our team, AND his personal best! Be sure to congratulate Caden.

Congratulations to our precision rifle team for placing 3rd overall. Be sure to congratulate Brandon Parks for placing 5th place indvidual for precision. Congratulations to the sporters for placing 8th place overall.
4th place at sprayberry Area 9 Drill championships. We are so proud of all our routines but especially our unarmed exhibition team for getting 1st place and our armed basic routine for getting 2nd place. We are one family, one team, with one dream. This drill season has been amazing with everyone. WHO ARE WE NORTH COBB!!!! HONOR COURAGE COMMITMENT!

This past weekend a group of our cadets traveled to Auburn university, Tuskegee, Pensacola airshow, USS Alabama, and the USS Drum. We had an amazing fun time exploring around and learning about new opportunities for these cadets.
October 20th, our drill team competed in the eagles landing drill meet. Placing 4th overall. Make sure to congratulate everyone that competed this weekend, we are so proud of our drill team so far this season. HOORAH!!!!
During this past weekend, the orienteering team travled to dauset trails nature center. Placing 3rd overall. Cadets to be recognized are Ashley Thomas placing 3rd in Female JV. Make sure to congratulate all the cadets that competed this weekend. We are all proud!!!!
2024 AMI Video
This past weekend, members of our drill team traveled to Stockbridge High School to compete in the Stockbridge drill meet. Our team placed second overall, qualifying for the Area 9 drill championship. 1st in unarmed basic. 2nd in unarmed ex. 3rd in armed basic. 5th in color guard. 4th in armed ex. 2nd male push-ups. 1st relay run. 3rd overall in athletics. These cadets have worked extremely hard to demonstrate their competitiveness and support for their unit, and we are very proud of them.
From September 21st to September 29th cadets volunteered their Fall Break to support the superior Plumbing Family. Cadets worked in 3-4 hour shifts to bring kind smiles to everyone they encountered. In total we earned 49 hours of community service from this event alone! We appreciate the cadets who showed up and represented the unit!
Who are we? NORTH COBB! This past weekend our drill team traveled to Mcdonough highschool to compete in the annual McDonough Fun Drill Meet, placing 4th overall. Both new and returning cadets had a wonderful time while performing drill basics, exhibitions, and athletics. Make sure to congratulate the drill cadets for their hard work and a job well done!
On Saturday August 10th four of our cadets had the opportunity to participate and lead the rising of Old Glory. Hosted by The Marietta Country Club, alongside the Sons of the American Revolution. This event was a great opportunity to display leadership in our community!
